Dear Blerggh Blog,

Sorry I have neglected you.

I have always wondered how bloggers were able to post stuff 5+ days a week.
Then I realized that the majority of those people that have blogs, have office jobs that allow them to be on a computer some point during the day, or you are that .97% who are just so awesome and can do 10,000 things in an hour.
I work a very labor intensive job. We aren't even supposed to have our cell phones on, let alone spend any time near internetz.
So, while I would absolutely love to share the very details of my life, sometimes there are days that I don't even touch the computer. Or have anything worth sharing.
I also think my high-expectations of being able to post something almost everyday makes me feel bad about my scatter-posts.
So here is my goal, to you supposed six followers. I'll try to give the high and low points per week, or if something extrasuperspecial happens, I suppose it could get it's own post. Maybe.

I'm getting married in 10 flippin' days!
I'm going to pick up my wedding dress tomorrow. :D
I'm heading up north tomorrow to spend the weekend with my sister.
I'm working 30 hours in three days next week.
I'm the luckiest girl in the world.

Until next time,

Sarah

Getcha Hurr Did

Had my hair trial last night. It was everything my make-up trial was not.
It was exactly how I had envisioned it, down to the T.
My hairstylist is super friendly, and as she just got married herself in June, had a lot of good advice for me!
Ready for some photos?!Pardon the weird faces I'm making. I also got some new earrings to wear!

I love all the different shades of blue. Wasn't sure if N would like them, but he thought they were great! They're very dramatic, but since I'm only wearing these and a small blue necklace my dad got me when he went to Germany, it'll be fine.

Until next time,

Sarah

Oh, hey.

This week I've been trying really hard to stay calm and collected, but so far, it hasn't really been happening.

Because we needed more tables than expected, the linens ended up being 400 dollars. To rent. For a day. SERIOUSLY? Highway robbery for renting stuff like that, holy cats. Luckily, after a tearful and inaudible phone call with my mom, she came to my rescue, again, and offered to help me pay the extra I wasn't expecting to cover. Have I mentioned lately how much I love her?!
Really though, someone at work had an AWESOME idea. To lay butcher paper on the tables, so people could draw and write well wishes while eating/mingling/ect. Too bad we already bought all the stuff to make the centerpieces! They would clash too much, and my mom's head about exploded when I told her we were thinking about doing that instead of linen. However, I will be setting up some tables like this off to the side, so the kids who get dragged come to the wedding won't be completely and utterly bored. I even thought about how to make cute crayon centerpieces. Oh, well. Maybe at the 2nd wedding.
The caterer T and I got a chunk of the foodz shopping done. Cups, plates, and non-perishable items. I guess I won't make my guests eat with their bare hands, so we got some utensils too. That stuff wasn't very expensive at all, thanks to Cash N' Carry. It's like a Costco/Restaurant supply store. But super cheap!!
In other news, look what came in the mail today!

The only drawback is it's a men's size medium. If I were a streetwalker, it'd make for a great mini-dress. I have as much patience as well, someone who doesn't, and needed to have a Posey shirt NOW. Luckily it's cotton and I have full intentions to shrink it up. I found another one on eBay, that I thought was hilarious, but N wouldn't let me get it, because he feared I'd get leered at too much in public. Still might need it, to wear around the house!
