Cya 2010!

Well, December came and went, just like that. Basically, that's how the entire year went. I feel as though it's such a cliche, but we really do let time slip away from us, and hopefully realize it before it's too late.
2010 has been a great year for me. I have a job I really enjoy, and am appreciated for my hard work. I have a manager I can relate to, and co-workers I generally get along with, and enjoy the company of. I can proudly say I have a HUSBAND, and beautiful photos of a wedding that didn't break the bank.
My brother has become the proud father of a stunning baby girl, who I cannot wait to get to know and spoil endlessly.

The new year will bring:
A new(er!) car, as mine has kaput, but is being purchased by a mechanically inclined friend.
The honeymoon to Disneyland! Which was officially booked last night.
Hopefully more side jobs, because extra money is always good, even if it means working two weeks straight.
More fun adventures with new friends. (I'm looking at you, Sarah!)
A toned bod due to the P90X work out we will be starting next week.
And the rest....well, I guess we'll see.

Until 2011,

Sarah

Fa la la la la, la, la la, lah?

That might have been one too many la's.

I just deleted what I was going to post because it was far too negative. I've seemed to have caught the Christmas blues this year, and can't shake it off, try as I might.
But I have a WONDERFUL husband, a cuddly Thorbo, friends and family who would do anything and everything for me, and a roof over my head.
For this, I am grateful, and wouldn't trade it for anything.
If I don't see ya in a while, merry christmakkuh!
Where's my yamaclaus....

Until next time,

Sarah

Shop til' you drop.

Don't worry, I totally did!

Yesterday involved a trip up to IKEA, land of the cheap swedish goods, and I put a dent in my Christmas shopping, without burning a hole in my wallet. Spent a solid four hours in the store, which is very easy to do. Well, at least if you're me.
Had lunch at the cheesecake factory after that. BEST. THING. EVER.

Snickers Cheesecake. DELICIOUS.

Went to the outlet malls on the way home, which was filled with lack-luster employees at almost every store. I get it, it's the holiday season and you work in retail.
Get.
Over.
It!

Anypassiveaggressive, today I think we're getting our christmas tree! Also, hubby and I have the same days off, woohoo! It's going to be a beautiful weekend.

Until next time,

Sarah

It's December?

When did THAT happen?
Well, that's okay, I love Christmas time, and all the craziness that comes along with it.
I'm ready to spend way more money than I should because I'm obsessed about getting that perfect gift
for just about everyone.
Here's a few things I'd like for Christmas.... :)

It's supposed to be better than the Super Nintendo version. Pretty big statement as that is one of my favorite games of all time.

Le Cruset Spatula.
Yes, I'm really asking for this. If you've never used one of these before, I highly recommend it. You'll never want to use any other brand again. It must be the spoon shaped one, not the standard!

Plugs! Size zero g.
These are all so very pretty, I want them all! The orange is for my sf giants of course. :)
These can all be found @bodyartforms.com

It's a good start, I'd say.
Now, I shall leave you with a photo of Thorbo! Wreath edition.

Until next time,

Sarah
