RnR Thursday!

Even though it seems like all the days for me lately have blurred together into either "working" or "not working", somebody mentioned that it was Thursday! I have a massive headache right now, so I'm going to keep this short, while Thor warms my spot on the bed. :)

Rant: Why does no one know how to drive? I know this question is as old as time, but really. I live 5.16 miles away from work (thanks mapquest) and it took me a half hour to get there today. Now I know some people have quite the commute...but I just don't have the patience. When I get off work, I just want to get far, far away. Not sit in unnecessary-people-not-knowing-how-to-merge-properly-dead-stop traffic in the pouring rain. I also work the next eight days in a row, which I predicted, but that's okay because.....

Rave: N and I have the same days off for the next two weeks! I'd like to point out, that even though there are only 7 days in a week, we haven't had a day off together in about...a month and a half. So we're living it up, baby! We're going to the casino at the coast! Laugh if you will, but I actually have a lot of fun there. Last time we found a nickle in a penny slot, and then turned it into 40 bucks! Besides, we always bring a pre-determined amount of money, and I know when to quit while I'm ahead. Besides, who doesn't love reeking of cigarettes? Oh, wait. It'll just be nice to spend some quality time with N. Hopefully the weather can pull it's head out of it's ass and maybe there will be some sun soon.
